My charge 2 just added about 9,000 extra steps for my day that I know I haven’t completed. It just told me that I hit my 10,000 step goal, which is showing on both the charge 2 screen and IOS app, but if I go into the app and view the details/graph of my steps it is showing that I have around 900 steps, which is much more accurate. Is there a way to correct this to match the actual steps I’ve taken that are showing on the graph?

I am having the very same issue this morning with my Charge 2, hence why I'm here. I found other foruns that said to restart your fitbit, but that did nothing for me. Apparently this is also a common known problem (according to threads), which is frustrating. Posting and following to see if any moderator or customer support comments/helps.

Glad to know it’s not just me. I woke up this morning with 5500 steps.

My fitbit didn't reset overnight - it started this morning with the +/- 9000 steps from Sunday - is this a time-change problem? Never happened to me before
