Charge 2 overstating steps

Staring yesterday my charge 2 is doubling my steps although the app seems to be correct. For instance I walked for 30 mins and my watch was over 10,000 steps but my app had around 5,000 is which is more accurate.

@cyndush  Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your tracker is over estimating your steps. Have you logged any activities on your account? Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Do you sync periodically your tracker? Could you share a screenshot of the app and a picture of your tracker just after syncing them?
