hi, my tracker hasn't been recording walks and excercise   I've recently changed to iphone SE and its showing as bluetooth connected

 

has anyone any suggestions please

Same problem here. GPS worked fine for my Saturday run. However, starting on Monday, no GPS data were recorded for my exercises. I had some runs and bike rides, recorded from my Charge 2 tracker. After syncing, heart rate and calories was recorded for the exercises. But no GPS data.

Since the Fitbit Charge 2 does not have a built-in GPS, your Fitbit Charge 2 works with the sensors in your nearby mobile device to track GPS data (known as "connected" GPS).
