Hello @Capedoc
Because your Charge 2 is completely unresponsive I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
But, before contacting Fitbit Customer Service make sure that your charger is working properly. Try a different outlet. Make sure your Charge 2 connections is clean and not dirty with dust or debris. Also check the pins in the charging cable to ensure they too are clean and not bent in any way. If either are too dirty you will not get a good enough connection to properly charge it.
Look here for the proper way to clean your Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2005.htm
😉 I hope you get this situation sorted out quickly. Let me know how it goes

@Capedoc The Charge 2 was released in 2016 and discontinued in 2018. The type of battery in a Charge 2 will degrade over time, even in an item in its original packaging. I believe your battery is too old to hold a charge.

Try to restart your Charge 2 by following instructions:
Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker.

Will
