Charge 2 band keeps falling off

The top band keeps falling off the Tracker causing my Tracker to fall of my wrist.  I am afraid it is going to happen when I'm over the water and I will lose/ruin my Fitbit.

Hi @lisamona you need to get your band replaced. It's worth it checking to see if you are under wanranty and discussing what options might be available to you with Customer Support

The "snap in place" of the Luxe is very challenging. I bought a replacement band for mine and it took around 20 minutes to detach the original band, and then when I tried to put on the new band, try as I might, I couldn't get it to snap in. After breaking a fingernail, I gave up and tried to put the old band back on. It fell off over and over although I know there is nothing wrong with the band. Finally I heard a barely perceivable "click" and now it seems in. This is a very challenging band technology and I don't understand why in the blood heck this got past quality control.

This is my 2nd Fitbit Luxe.  I lost one.  It fell off my wrist while I was out. I thought it was a fluke.  This one is doing the same thing!  I have had other fitbits (Flex, Alta and Versa) and they have a secure way for the band to attach.  Why did they make such a poor way for the band to attach to the Luxe?

Exactly! I got the gorjana band for Christmas and it kept falling off. Fitbit replaced it, but the new one is doing the same thing.

. I bought a cheap one from Amazon and it stayed on perfectly.  Why would fitbit sell something with an obvious design flaw!

This is happening to me too. I am on the phone now with customer support. Mostly I want this documented on their site, so if I lose it, they still need to cover it.

It doesnt matter what band I use, theirs, aftermarket, it just snaps right off, click or no click. I hope they send a new one without this problem, but it's not looking good from the replies here.

We'll see. Thanks

Happening repeatedly to me also. Just on one side. Spring on watch body is not longer holding. So frustrating!
