My charge 2 is almost 15 montgs old and the band broke after 7 months znd was replaced.Then the actual charge 2 stopped synching and I have just received a new one. Now the band will not click on and falls off so has failed again.
Daughter had her charge 2 for Christmas 2017 and last year it randomly cracked. Fitbit changed it for her but her strap has now failed too!! Is this normal ie a design fault ?

They designed a defective product and won't stand behind it. Now you know better than to purchase another Fitbit product..
