Charge 2 band replacement

I ordered a Charge 2 replacement band from an on-line website that came up when I searched via Google.  Came from China and doesn't work!  Not going to bother sending it back!  Where can I buy a replacement band from reputable dealer?

Hi @jenetoler - I’ve had good luck buying bands from Amazon. (I’m in the US) But one thing I’ve learned - only buy bands from retailers that offer Prime, Even if you are not a member, In order to offer that 2 day delivery, the shipment will be coming from a vendor in the US. I’ve found these to be better products. And if they are not, it is easy to return them via Amazon.

Thank you for the info.......I hesitated about Amazon because I am not a Prime member.  However, I will order anyway.
