my charge 2 is just 2 years old now. I fully charged it, and the battery was dead after 5 minutes. Completely black screen. So I recharged it... still same problem.

Then I reset my charge 2.. still dead. So I guess..  it is completely broken by now? 😞 

Can someone help?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.
