Hi there I am having a major problem with Charge 2 battery life. I have had my Fitbit for 2 years and would always have got about 4-5 days out of a full charge. Now for the past 2 days I am lucky to get a few hours before the battery completely drains and dies. My battery was at 60% last night at 9.30pm and by 5.30am this morning it was dead. Today I have had to charge my Fitbit 3 times already which is ridiculous. My use of the Fitbit has not changed and I don’t have it set to sync all day. Really it is unusable due to battery continuously draining and not fit for purpose. Very disappointed and still waiting to hear back from customer services

I’ve done all of those the things you suggested in your post above, except the heart rate. I charged my charge 2 all day yesterday and the battery life is draining so fast. I haven’t done anything differently and the battery life is draining so quickly.

I just removed the charge 2 from the charger. It was fully charged. After 30 minutes, the battery is empty.. Any chance to fix it by replacing the battery?
