I am charge 2 user at first I did receive a text notification then I turn the notification off on the tracker, it works after that I want to switch on but I didn't work, so I tried to restart my tracker now what happens is I still can't receive any notification and my tracker also didn't show battery notification my phone is running the latest software and for information my phone is OPPO r7s what should I do next ? I try restarting, I try unpairing the device it doesn't work, I did also try to sync all day and still don't work is it a bug in Fitbit update ?

I’ve the same issue but I’m IPhone user. I’ve tried shut down hp and log in the app but at Notification still can’t find battery notification. Pls help
