My charge 2 battery has short life span now. Battery goes low so quick and lasted only for about 4 hrs. How can we have this fix? Is it fixable? What’s the cost? Let me know. Thanks.

Hello @Hreyes and welcome to the Community. All rechargeable batteries have a lifespan and your battery is old and at its end of life. Fitbit doesn't replace batteries. Some people who are good with electronics can replace batteries, but they are considered to be non-replaceable.

Mine isn’t a year old. Battery doesn’t last a day. Just happened over the last night.

@The_Flex_guy Here is a sad truth about rechargeable batteries. They degrade over time, even if they aren't used. The Charge 2 was released in 2016. If you can find a Charge 2 in its original packaging right now, there's a good chance it has a 6-7 year old battery. There are posts in other device forums from users who recently bought a Blaze or an Alta HR, in the sealed package, and the battery won't hold a charge.
