The charge 2 is plugged in overnight, says 100% charged. Within 30 mins it’s dead and has to be completely recharged. It’s 12 months old!

Let me help you with the battery issues you Charge 2 is showing. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

I'm having this same issue - cleaning with alcohol and restarting did help, it still won't hold a charge more than 30 minutes.

Still having this issue even after following this advice! Anyone?
