After a full charge the Fitbit works for 30 seconds then the ! Symbol shows inside the battery section on the watch ?

@Gascon Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
