Hi! My charge 2 is super old I think I got it in 2015 or 2016. I haven't been wearing it recently and I just went to charge it and it clicks into place but will not charge. I've tried it with numerous charging blocks and in different outlets and no dice. I've repositioned it a bunch of times cause I know it has to click in order to charge. I'm wondering if my fitbit is just dead with no hope of revival?? It says the battery is dead on the app. A girl I know said she was able to call and get a replacement when her's broke but I thought that it had to be within the warranty period for that? If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it!
