Charge 2 battery

My Charge 2 is losing power and not monitoring my heart rate any more. This started suddenly on Saturday, completely out of the blue. Previously the battery would last for days before needing recharged. I’ve tried all the suggestions to resolve the issue but it’s clear something more serious has caused the problem. 
Any constructive advice would be appreciated

I’ve had the same thing happen to my charge 2.  It was working fine then all of a sudden this past weekend it wouldn’t hold any charge!  I don’t know what to do.
