The display on my Charge 2 will not turn on, vibrations have stopped even though it is fully harged.

Have the same trouble. When I try to oen it on my Iphone I get nlack screen. Sorry no idea what to do

I called support for troubleshooting advice.  They offered me a discount on a new device.  😞

My Fitbit Charge 2 wrist watch works perfect, the only problem is I cannot open the App on my Iphone, the screen on Iphone just shows the heading fitbit and immediately vanishes back to normal Iphone screen. What the hell is it? Same with my laptop, it just does not register and there is a note saying it should be disconnected from some other device, no idea what it means, there is no other device, just my Iphone and laptop. I cannot even get the chance to uninstall and reinstall again. What to do?

I have this problem too! The screen to start with started losing a few lines, then a couple of days later the screen went blank, I've tried doing a reset several times but didn't have any effect. I'm not very happy. It's still recording my steps but I rely on the watch and stopwatch for work!
