My fitbit charge 2 screen started reading backwards and now the screen has gone blank

It still vibrates when i push the button 

How do i fix or can it be reset

I have experienced a similar issue.  My Fitbit Charge 2 has worked flawlessly for the last year. Today I plugged it in to charge, and when I unplugged it the screen was displayed backwards (mirror image). I have tried resetting it multiple times but it hasn't corrected the issue.  Does anybody have any ideas or tips to fix it?
