Charge 2 - blank screen but green light on and vibrating

My charge 2 will NOT respond at all. I have tried the following things:

  • charging fully
  • cleaning tracker and charger
  • trying to reset

It won’t connect with my app as I can’t see the code that appears on the screen and it sometimes doesn’t come up as a device to connect to.

@__Cara  It sounds like your Charge 2 has failed.  It is an older device and hasn't received any software updates in several years.  Please recycle it as e-waste.
