Hi screen has gone blank but it’s saying it’s 100% charged and also not registering steps. Any tips or is it time for a new one?

I had the same issue and was not able to reset. I have ordered a new one as noonger.covered by warranty.
Worth contacting Fitbit Chat first as I did receive a discount code.
