My charge 2 screen has turned blank. I have tried doing resets on it, it still syncs to my phone. Vibrate works and charges fine but no screen. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

A new Fitbit. Had no reply from Fitbit so bought my last ever Fitbit. If this goes wrong then a normal watch it will be for me.

I spoke with Fitbit customer support, and they gave me a discount on a new
device. It was worth my while to upgrade.

Hi HeydyF.  I am having the same challenge.  My Charge 2 continues to collect data like my steps and heart rate.  It tracks my sleep and active minutes.  It still vibrates in the morning to wake me up.  But the screen is blank.  How can I fix this?  Thanks for your help.
