Charge 2 blank screen

Hi, I went to bed with my Fitbit working but got up to a blank screen. Tried to reset several times but nothing is working please help! I had this brought for me for my 40th birthday by a frien who is no longer here so it’s very sentimental and has not been of my wrist since the day I got it so I am a bit hearboken about it
