Hi there, @SmilyFace. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 2 screen is blank. I will do my best to help you!
As a first approach, I'd recommend the following steps:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Thanks for the follow up. Unfortunately no, I still can’t see anything on the Fitbit. I feel it when I hold for 5 seconds and the green lights on the back are blinking. Anything else I can do?

Have this same issue now and am done with Fitbit. Resurrected my old Charge 2 after my Charge 5 died last month. Charge 5 was fully charged but no green lights on back. Something must be going on with updates now. This last weekend my wife’s Charge 5 and my old Charge 2 both quit working. Both trackers have the same black screen, fully charged, flashing green lights. Charge 2 will synch while charge 5 won’t. Have tried restarting and it vibrates for restart but screen stays black. No help from Fitbit.
