My Charge 4 has stopped Synching. I synch to iPhone 6. I’ve upgraded to Google account but it’s not that. Can anybody help please.

If the issue persists, please try the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
