tried to setup my wife’s Charge 2 on my daughter’s account. Made it to the point of confirming if location tracking was on and everything went dead. No lights on the back, no vibration when connecting charger. Went through cleaning the contacts and multiple restart procedures. Only solution support offered was 25% off coupon for a new unit. Sounds more like firmware or software bug but now I’m screwed.
