Charge 2 black screen

I have been trying the resets and procedures to correct a blank screen with no success. Is there a warranty that will help me with this?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen not working and thank you for restarting your device. Since the issue persist I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email. They will review your warranty status and provide options.

I received the enail that shows an order was created, But have not had heard back from anybody since then. it's been over a week now.
