Hi there, hope you are well! My screen is broken and I would like to get it mended or fixed, please let me know how to go about this and the costs involved?

Unfortunately, Fitbit do not offer a repair service but if you are still within warranty then you may qualify for a replacement. The warranty runs for 12 months from purchase (24 months if you are in Europe) and has some other limitations such as which retailer you bought it from.
Best thing to do is to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
