My screen on my charge 2 has been broken for a couple months and recently the app stopped synching and told me to re-pair the device to my phone. However because of the broken screen I can't see the pairing code. I've tried all the troubleshooting with a member of staff and nothing avoids the inevitable code.
Anyone have any ideas of how I can pair my device without a code?

Hi @Tpcttr, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding your question, I'm afraid that the Fitbit device cannot be paired without the code.
Since you mentioned that the screen of your Charge 2 is broken, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
