On May 24th my fitbit screen froze and joked on a few Doctor Who groups that The Rani broke my fitbit and thought it might work again after letting it die but afterwards is now the screen is like this so it still works but the screen is buggered so does this mean I need to get a new fitbit?

Hi @57305films.  Did you try a restart?  Put your Charge 2 in its charger attached to a power source.  Press and hold the button for 4 seconds until you feel a vibration.  If that doesn't fix the screen, then you will need to replace it.
