Charge 3 - Blank screen

My daughter has a Charge 3 and the screen is constantly blank. 
App showing device is 100% charged and there are no firmware or software updates required. 
I’ve tried the fix of holding the button for 15 secs while connected, then disconnecting and reconnecting power but no success. Is there anything else that can resolve this issue?

Thanks for getting back to us @Tryfan. I'm sorry to hear that your daughter's Charge 3 is constantly blank. Thanks for mentioning the steps you followed in order to turn on the device. I'll be happy to assist.

Please confirm that you followed the steps of help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Also, since you mentioned the 15 seconds, did you try also the long restart:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable. 
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. 
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. 
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. 
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Thanks. Have tried the steps in the link and the steps you put in the thread but still no response from the watch. Steps are still being counted and syncing with the app.

Getting frustrating as feeling the vibrations when pressing the button.
