Fitbit App problems since recent updates

Hi,

 

Since the last update, my fitbit app is not working. I can’t see past data and also can’t see my goals. The rings on the today section of the app also don’t load. Is anyone else having this problem. It’s been going on for a few weeks now and with every app update, i hope it will be fixed but nothing is changing.

Thank you so much for letting us know that since the last update the Fitbit app is no longer showing the past data, your goals and the rings. 

Our team is aware of this situation and suggests trying the following:

  1. Log out of the Fitbit app. (To prevent the data from being lost).
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit app.
  3. Reinstall the app.
  4. Log in again.

WOW, not very reassuring. I have an Inspire 3 for a couple of months now. I saw their was an update available and thought, why not. Holey crap, what a mistake that was. Your possible resolution is uninstall and then re-install...that might work.

I had a Versa 4 before, and an Inspire 2 previous to that. Always worked with little or no issue. 

For this recent update, is there a way to restore back to previous to the update?

My Fitbit is working so bad after the update, I might have to toss it in the recycling and get something else.
