I've had my charge 2  coming up on 2 years.  I've never had an issue with it getting calls/notifications until I got a new phone.  Once I set it up, the calls are showing up as the last person who called me.  I've reset everything and it's been happening now for a few months.  How can I fix this??

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @StephanieU. I'll be glad to assist you with your Charge 2 call notifications inquiry. Thank you for mentioning all the steps you have followed in order to resolve this situation.

 

Could you please mention which is your new phone's model? What has worked for me with notifications is setting up the Charge 2 as a replacement device. You can find the instructions on: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
