Charge 2 changed language

Hi, the app and etach I used in english although O live on spain ... it work és well for 1,5 years and Now the watch started to work on Spanish and I started to teceive notification in Spanish. I didnt changes anything. So why did it change how can I  change back?

Let me help you with the language on your Charge 2. The fact that you are in Spain may affect the language if you changed the configuration on your phone. Please follow these instructions to change the language on your device.
