My sister and I got ourselves a Charge 2, two years ago and were very happy with our watches. Unfortunately a month or two ago I woke up one morning to discover my screen had a crack. At first I was surprised but then my sister's watch also cracked around the same time without damaging the Fitbit. Is there anyone who could contact me on replacement of the screen or watch? I am very disappointed about this and really hope I can sort this out.

Sorry this happened to you and your sister, but there is no screen replacement for these devices. You're out of the warranty period, too. You posted in December 2016 that you bought the device and the warranty period is 12 months for those in the USA and 24 months for those in some European countries.
Why not take this time to see what style of Fitbit you'd like for your next device. There are so many different styles and there are always sales at various retailers, including those at the Fitbit Store.
