Charge 2 cracked screen

A huge shoutout to Fitbit! 

 

Last week, 11th Feb 2019, I contacted in connection with my cracked screen. after spending a while in a live chat with someone named Anna I received an email the same afternoon saying that they would send me a replacement. 

I received my replacement yesterday, 17th Feb 2019, delivered all the way to Cape Town, South Africa. I big WOW to you guys at Fibit.
