My fit bit has cracked I sent a photo and email to fit bit customer care yesterday and nobody is answering my emails the watch is only 10 months old anybody else experience this

Let me help you with your Charge 2 display. Now that you have contacted the Support team please allow them time to reply. They have a 48 hour window to do this. Please provide the information they may need to solve the issue.
