Would really appreciate other Fitbit Charge 2 Users users to explain why even the product is in a protective cover the centre screen cracks. I am far from active and the pebble is covered with a slide over case. Had bother recently with times, flickering, and yesterday a crack appeared. Its happening too much to be owner fault, has Fitbit got a problem with the curvature of the screen and maybe a weakness to the centrepoint. Fitbit advisor offered me a discount however pebble available cheaper online. Said Charge 2 no longer available in UK??? Not true.

Let me help you with your damaged Charge 2. Not sure what happened with your device but the team does try to improve on the design with each new product. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
