I have used a fit it for years. My new mothers day fitbit 2 screen suddenly cracked. I am always careful with it and it has not been hit. Now I have a sudden crack down the entire left hand side. I need it restored. Why did this happen and how can we resolve this. I love and need my buddy the fitbit!
