Charge 2 cracked screen

My replacement Fitbit has cracked. I suspect sunscreen may be the culprit. I noticed that my first one cracked after getting home from the beach. The second one cracked ON the beach as I was spraying sunscreen and got some overspray on the watch. Anyone else see a connection??

Let me help you with your Charge 2 cracked screen. Not sure if the sunscreen might affected the device but I suggest you reach out to our Support team for further assistance. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
