The screen on my charge 2 cracked a couple of weeks ago and I have since heard that this is a common fault in hot weather. Then yesterday the wrist band broke and I can’t replace it. So I now have a Fitbit without a wristband and with a cracked screen. Can you help?

My screen on my Charge 2 cracked a long time ago (more than a year) and it has worked in spite of that. I thought it would let in moisture and stop working very soon. At first I tried to cover the screen with a piece I cut from a film meant for a cell phone, but it fell off soon after and I have not tried that a second time. Now it won't sync with my iPhone. My strap has worked fine, but an earlier version (Charge HR?) had a lot of problems with the strap which I tried gluing with some to limited success. I'd say my experience with the earlier version was about 2 stars and the Charge 2 about 3 stars. Would I get another Fitbit? Maybe if Fitbit would give me a break on price.
