I am trying to get support re: my cracked screen. I have reached out twice requesting assistance via "Contact Us" but haven't received a response and also posted to an existing thread here but I still haven't been contacted about what to do. I have already had it replaced once but now my second one has also cracked for no apparent reason, How do I get support on this issue? I got great support last time but this time...nothing. Please help!
