I observed random decrease in step counts.
Yesterday, I got notification from Fitbit saying a few more steps to hit your daily goal, I checked my fitbit Charge 2 showing 9400 steps and after walking for 30 min it was on 9150, that was weird.
Then I checked my past few days log and all were showing in steps in the range of 9000 steps while I remember completing 10,000 steps and also remember Fitbit watch as well as the app showing completion and celebration screen.
I tried restarting the watch as well as my phone, it didn't make any difference. it's very random when it drops the count.
please help how should I troubleshoot it?

@Mudit_M Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your missing steps and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Do you have any third party apps linked to your account? Have you manually logged any activities? These factors may affect the step totals on your account as a manually logged activity will overwrite whatever your tracker detected. Have this happened again after the restart? Have you tested your device after this?
Let me know how it goes.
