Charge 2 didn't reset step count

My fit bit does not restart counting steps on a new day. It is stuck on 40,000 steps. Tried restarting and resyncing. Still the same.

@Mepac Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 step count. This may happen when there is a change in timezone (due to travel or DST changes).  You can restart your device as this will help it reset the following midnight but it won’t remove the steps from the affected date.
