I got the message that my battery was low. I put it on the charger as usual and it didn’t charge. Checked connection, still failed. Tried 2 different electrical outlets, still fail. Charger is new . 6 months old. Can anyone help?
To restart your tracker please do the following: Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter. Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely. Your tracker should start charging.
