Charge 2 display corrupted

Woke up this morning and my Fitbit stopped at 5:47am and 33 steps. It stayed that way all day until I took it off and tried charging it and to reboot it. Now all I get is a snowy screen. It’s syncing to the app, but snowy screen and can’t turn it off. Any helpful ideas would be greatly appreciated.
