Hi, my charge 2 has suddenly died and screen won't turn on. It's not recognised by my phone or tablet. When charging, I can see the HR sensor lights blinking with low intensity, in a rythmic on-off-on-off manner. I have tried restarting it multiple times, but no response. Please help

Hi, the support team didn't provide any assistance to me, They tried suggesting the same restart methods I had already tried a thousand times. On top of that they said that since the tracker is not in warranty and Fitbit has no service centres, there is nothing I can do about the situation.
Basically I was told that there is no resolution to this situation and my device is done for with no upgrade options as well. Weird to see such a cold response from Fitbit. That being siad, it seems like a norm for Charge 2 owners these days.
