I have a Charge 2 and an iPhone 7 and I have just been for a run, using the fitbit to start my run activity and finish it. I had opened the app before I began and synced as this usually causes issue if I don’t. Anyway I have returned from my run and gone to look at it, the time/distance/pace is all there and a box where the map would be however the map and my route isn’t showing??? Also have it connected to Strava and same thing on there but no map at all. I’m gutted as this was my first proper non-stop run!!! (Doing Couch to 5k) and I’m not sure if it’s even accurate now? Any suggestions how to get the map to show or is this now going to be an ongoing issue? FYI I have restarted the phone, soft reset, resynced fitbit, reconnected Bluetooth on fitbit. GPS tracking for run is on, location services are set to always. Not sure what else there is to do? Can someone help please 😁😁

@brookeshaunna Welcome to the Community.
Let me help you with your missing GPS map and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try to log out from the app, restart your phone again and log back in. See if the maps shows now. If the map doesn't show try doing another short run or walk to test if the feature is working fine.
Let me know how it goes.
