Charge 2 display not working

This morning I noticed that my Charge 2's screen said "doin'?" and no matter what I did I couldn't get it off, but it was still tracking.

 

Did some searching around during the day and thought it might be a setting issue, something to do with chatter, but couldn't fix it through the app on my phone. When I got home, I looked at the settings through the website and tried a few things, but after syncing my fitbit doin'? was still on my screen. 

 

I next plugged in my fitbit to restart it, but now the screen is just blank. Green lights are still on, battery is almost charged, and its vibrating. I've triple checked the charger connection and cleaned it, but still nothing on the screen. 

 

I did also try changing the clock face after the screen went black, but no change so far.
