Charge 2 does not accurately sync my steps

My #2 shows 5344 steps but it syncs at 2953. Is there a solution other than trashing?

@DjHo1 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the steps syncing issue that your Charge 2 has experienced.

 

I would like to know if this issue has happened before or if it's the first time.

 

In the meantime, restart your tracker as advised in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if it syncs the correct amount of steps.
