Been a fitbit user for last 5 years, after migrating to Charge 2, and using it for nearly 2 years, i am unable to charge the fitbit and even if it does, then dies out in 20-30 minutes.

 

have done all what the forums say, cleaned the fitbit charging points, upgraded the firmware, reset the device completely, but still does not last.
