Hi,
My Fitbit Charge 2 takes a full charge, but discharges within 10 minutes from off charge.
I have not put the Fitbit into water and has been working ok for 2 years now, if it only lasts 2 years then will be looking for another product.
Any further information or a way to solve the problem is appreciated.

Having the same issue. Seems others have said fitbit says "too bad". I hope that is not the case, as I will not buy another of their products if that is true.

I have just spent an hour on live chat they have told me it’s the battery at the end of its life. They would like to keep me as a customer offering me 25% of a new fit bit and they don’t do repairs looked on eBay can get a new battery for about £10 and a video on YouTube now to fit it doesn’t look too easy not happy will really have to look in to it before I buy another one

Where did the offer of 25% come from as I would buy the Charge 3 or the actual smart watch.

Do not buy another Fitbit! They make the batteries purposely have a short shelf life compared to other devices just like it. The cheap knockoffs last longer than fitbits.
